December Friday Wine Tastings

Blind – Friday December 7th, 6-9pm

First Friday December 7th, 6-9pm we are tasting Blind. Blind means the wines will be brown-bagged so you don’t know what you’re tasting until after. I ask that you be here at 6, 7 or 8pm as we will taste and reveal the wines in groups. This tasting is $15 per person; no tickets necessary.

Brooklyn South cheese & meat boards available for $10. Wine by-the-glass & retail are always available at Winesmith. Cheers!

Savory, Meaty Reds – Friday December 14th, 6-9pm

Friday December 14th, 6-9pm we are tasting savory, meaty reds: a supple, smoky Cali Syrah, a bold, beefy Montsant Syrah blend, a serious, full bodied Rioja, a lush, heady Chateauneuf du Pape, a sexy, savory Saumur (Cab Franc) and a complex, provocative Etna Rosso. This tasting is $15/person; no tickets necessary.

Bubbly – Friday December 28th, 6-9pm

It’s how we end every year: Bubbly.

Friday December 28th, 6-9pm we’re tasting Bubbly: a bone dry Brut Nature Chilean Riesling/Chardonnay (a new fave), a fucking gorgeous Cremant de Bourgogne, a sparkling País Blanc de Noir and Rosé (both dry), Swick’s Pinot Noir Rosé Pet Nat and an unfiltered Trebbiano based Italian. All dry. All delicious. All $20-$30/btl. $25/person and includes a selection of fine cheeses. Tickets here https://stpetewinesmith.com/2018/11/30/bubbly-friday-december-28th-6-9pm/ or at Winesmith.
