Springtime Whites – Friday April 7th, 6-9pm
First Friday April 7th in the 6-9pm window we are tasting springtime whites: a dry, crisp Loire Muscadet, a tasty Sauvignon Blanc from Uruguay, a crowd-pleaser French Sauv Blanc, a mineral driven Spanish Verdejo, a rare dry white from Argentina and a fruity, clean Portuguese Alvarinho. This tasting is $14/person. Must be 21 to attend.

Hot New Wines – Friday April 14th, 6-9pm
Friday April 14th in the 6-9pm window we are tasting my hottest new wines: a dry Pinot Noir Rosé from Argentina, a delicious Old Vine Spanish Grenache, an unfiltered, dry, Frizzante Prosecco that drinks like a sour beer, the Spumante Prosecco from the same winery, a chillable, rustic, dry Chilean red and a semi-sparkling Orange wine from Greece (made from grapes, not oranges). This tasting is $14 per person. Must be 21 to attend. Cheers!

Todd’s Bubbly B-Day Tasting – Friday April 21st, 6-9pm
April 21st is my birthday so we’ll be tasting my favorite Bubbly 🥂 in the 6-9pm window: a rich Grand Cru Blanc De Noir Champagne, a gorgeous Premier Cru Champagne, a yeasty, funky French gem that drinks like Champagne for a third of the price, a dry, Loire Cab Franc based rosĂ©, a bone dry, crisp Cava and an unfiltered, bone-dry Prosecco that drinks like a sour beer. This tasting is $20 per person and includes a selection of fine cheeses 🧀. Must be 21 to attend. Cheers!

RosĂ© – Friday April 28th, 6-9pm
Friday April 28th in the 6-9pm window we are tasting dry rosé: a Mourvèdre based Bandol beauty, a delicious Pinot Noir rosé from Argentina, a classic from Provence, a full bodied, Argentinian Cab-Malbec rosé, a Portuguese Vinho Verde rosé and a sparkling Pinot Noir rosé. Bubbly: Friday February 17th, 6-9pm

imageMy most popular Friday tasting: Bubbly. Please join us Friday February 17th in the 6-9pm window for the good stuff: a $50 Champagne from Bouzy, a crisp refresher from Alsace, a delicate Chenin Blanc from Vouvray, a funky, yeasty French country sparkler, a Pinot Noir based beauty from Tasmania and a dry rosé from New Mexico. Chef Sean Gwynn, formerly of Twisted Cork Grille and currently providing catering and personal chef services through Creative Craft Cuisine, will be here sampling some of his tasty creations. New Year’s Eve Champagne Tasting – Saturday, December 31st 7-9pm

New Years Eve. Yes, we are tasting true Champagne:
a 2008 Premier Cru beauty, a Grand Cru Blanc de Noir from Bouzy, the Grand Cru Rosé from the same producer, a Pinot Menuier based crowd pleaser from Ay, a Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs and a surprise. This tasting is $50 per person and includes a spread of fine cheese and fruit. Must be 21 to attend. Cheers!

Bubbly II – New Year’s Day 6-9pm

imageI had such a great turnout at the last one and so many requests for another so here it is: New Year’s Day Bubbly tasting. I can’t think of a better way to start the year off right. The bubbles are an every day wine even though we treat it as a “special occasion” drink. Friday January 1st, 6-9pm we are tasting six of my favorite, (all different), value sparkling wines. I will have some tasty cheese on hand to break up your palate. The tasting is $15 in advance, $20 the day of.
